10 things I cannot live without would go really quick and very basic, things like food, water, air, shelter.
If it were 10 people, it would go the same way, family, girlfriend, coaches, and superfans.
So I will focus here on 10 objects I cannot live without:
1.) My Truck. My trusty rusty truck. It has kept me rocking over the last 10 years of my life and 240,000 miles. I have lived in that truck!
2.) My Bike. That Orbea responds just like my truck. Reliable. Dressed up with some Vision components, I am ready to conquer everyday life.
3.) My Helmet. If I have a bike, I need a helmet. It has saved my life on numerous occasions. Whether it was a 30 mph crash or just a tip over, Lazer helmets have kept me safe.
4.) A Knife. Being the carnivore I am, a knife would be very useful to cut dinner. If I were to be stranded it would be my savior to make shelter, fire, and hunt food.
5.) Tri shorts. You can live in tri shorts. Swim, bike, run, eat, sleep, lift, it is a one size fits all option.
6.) Sunscreen. This would need to be a pretty endless supply to keep the sun off.
7.) Toothbrush. I need to keep those pearly whites!
8.) Toothpaste. How many times have you taken a trip and run out of toothpaste. Nothing is worse than cotton mouth!
9.) Neosporin. This is what happens when you train like a savage on your easy days. I live with the attitude: Who cares where the path leads, blaze your own path and leave a trail! This requires Neosporin!
10.) 110% Juggler Knickers. Not only do they have pockets for reusable ice inserts, but if you need to store your knife, sunscreen, toothbrush, toothpaste, and Neosporin, there is a safe pocket for all!
I can live without shoes and shirt…and still get service!

Quite an interesting selection. Mine would be vastly different of course as I am not a triathlete. But as an outdoor enthusiast I can concur on some of these!
My sunscreen would have to be a quality one though. If I have the luxury of being able to choose my sunscreen, I would make sure it has no nasties in it, provides the best possible protection, plus additional protective qualities that boost my bodies’ own abilities to defend itself from any potential DNA damage.
